Oppo has officially launched its new Find X8 series, consisting of the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, showcasing notable advancements in design, camera capabilities, and hardware performance. A standout feature in both models is the fresh “Cosmos Ring” camera design, adding a distinctive look to the series. The Find X8 includes a 50MP primary camera with Sony’s LYT-700 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens with the ISOCELL JN5 sensor and autofocus, and a 3x telephoto periscope lens equipped with an IMX882 sensor (1/1.95”).

The Find X8 Pro brings even more advanced photography features, with its main 50MP Sony LYT-808 sensor and a unique dual periscope setup. This includes both the standard 3x telephoto periscope lens and a new 6x zoom periscope with Sony’s IMX858 sensor (1/2.51”) and f/4.3 aperture, both of which support optical image stabilization (OIS) for enhanced clarity. The ultra-wide camera on the Pro maintains the same sensor as the standard Find X8, creating a cohesive photography experience across focal lengths.

Under the hood, both models are powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chipset, aimed at delivering smooth performance for multitasking and gaming. Memory configurations for the Find X8 range from 12GB/256GB to 16GB/512GB, while the Pro offers storage options reaching up to 1TB. Battery life should also impress, with the Find X8 carrying a 5,630mAh battery and the Pro a slightly larger 5,910mAh battery. Both devices support 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging, ensuring quick power replenishment.
