- See the time and date at a glance: The time and date are always visible on the Always-On Display, so you can see them at a glance even when your phone is locked.
- Check your notifications without unlocking your phone: You can see notifications on the Always-On Display without having to unlock your phone. To view a notification, tap and hold on it.
- Use widgets to get information at a glance: You can add widgets to the Always-On Display to get information at a glance, such as the weather, calendar events, and news headlines. To add a widget, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Always-On Display and tap Add Widget.
Tips for using the Always-On Display
