Realme’s upcoming 13 5G smartphone has just appeared on Geekbench, revealing some key details about its internals. This new mid-range device is set to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a strong contender that promises efficient performance and seamless 5G connectivity.

The Geekbench listing shows the Realme 13 5G, identified by its model number RMX3951, is equipped with an octa-core CPU. The chipset configuration includes six cores running at 2.0GHz for everyday tasks, and two high-performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz for more demanding applications. Built on a 6nm process, the Dimensity 6300 is designed to strike a balance between power efficiency and performance, making it a solid choice for this segment.

As for performance benchmarks, the Realme 13 5G prototype scored 784 points in single-core and 1,760 points in multi-core tests on Geekbench 6.3 for Android. These scores suggest that the device will handle daily tasks with ease and offer decent multitasking capabilities.
