Insider Abhishek Yadav has unveiled the potential pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE smartphone for the Indian market. According to the insider, the 128 GB variant is expected to be priced at Rs 55,000, while the 256 GB model could retail for Rs 60,000, which translates to approximately $660 and $720, respectively.
In contrast to its predecessor, the Galaxy S21 FE, which was available in the US for $600, the upcoming Galaxy S23 FE seems poised to come with a higher price point. However, what complicates matters is that the Galaxy S23, released earlier this year, can be found in India for as low as $800, or possibly even less. Additionally, the Galaxy S23 offers superior performance compared to the Galaxy S23 FE.
According to initial reports, the Galaxy S23 FE is expected to feature a 120-Hz Dynamic AMOLED display with a 6.4-inch diagonal, a camera setup comprising 50, 8, and 12 MP sensors, and a 4500 mAh battery with 25 W fast charging support. In terms of specifications, the Galaxy S23 FE appears to align closely with the Galaxy A54, while its price point is likely to be in proximity to that of the Galaxy S23. The question remains: how many consumers will be enticed by such a device?
