Splitgate 2 has been announced by 1047 Games, with a new trailer showcasing the upcoming free-to-play FPS. Set for a 2025 release, the sequel introduces faction systems and enhanced worldbuilding, developed using Unreal Engine 5.

Splitgate garnered significant attention upon its release in 2021. This game, blending FPS elements akin to Halo with portal mechanics inspired by Portal, provided an exhilarating experience for players.
