Tower of Fantasy, like many live-service games, faces the challenge of maintaining player interest amidst fierce competition. To address this, the game has recently introduced the Simulacrum Dormitory feature in its Chinese version.
This new feature allows players to interact in various ways, redecorate their dormitory, and change their characters’ outfits. These activities are facilitated by Dormitory tickets, which players can earn through weekly activities or purchase directly from the store.
It’s important to note that the Simulacrum Dormitory feature is currently available only in the Chinese version of the game. The global version is expected to receive this update with the 4.2 patch in August.
The Dormitory feature has proven successful in other “waifu” themed games like Girl’s Frontline 2 and Snowbreak: Containment Zone. Such fan service elements have effectively kept these games popular among players.
Tower of Fantasy is available for free on Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via its launcher and Steam. For more information, visit the official website [HERE].
