Xiaomi has unveiled its latest innovation, the Xiaomi 6A USB4 data cable, touted as a versatile cable with high speed and high power.
According to Gizmochina, the Xiaomi 6A USB4 boasts a transmission speed of up to 40Gbps and supports 240W fast charging. This versatile data cable is encased in a braided design for enhanced durability, ensuring seamless transmission of any data or media content.
The new data cable comes with PD 3.1 protocol support and 6A high current, making it compatible with various fast charging protocols of other Xiaomi devices (120W/90W/67W). It features a coaxial core, a braided wire body, and a cable length of up to 1 meter.
The Xiaomi 6A USB4 is suitable for a wide range of modern electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, monitors, and laptops. Xiaomi has rigorously tested the cable to withstand up to 10,000 plug and unplug cycles, while its plug’s tensile strength exceeds 100N.
Currently, the Xiaomi 6A USB4 is priced at 99 yuan in China. However, there is no official word on whether the cable will be available globally.
