The stage for this unveiling will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit, scheduled to take place from October 24 to October 26 in picturesque Maui, Hawaii. During this event, Qualcomm will finally introduce the long-awaited Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

Previously, it was rumored that this upcoming chipset would feature an architecture boasting 2+3+2+1 next-generation Arm cores, complemented by the Adreno 750 GPU. Furthermore, it was speculated that the chipset would come in two variants, one designed for tablets and laptops, and the other tailored for smartphones. The manufacturing process is expected to employ TSMC’s cutting-edge N4P 4nm technology.

In recent developments, it has come to light that the forthcoming Realme GT 5 could be powered by this chipset. Additionally, a growing list of smartphones is poised to leverage the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, including the Xiaomi 14 Pro, Honor Magic 6 Ultimate, Redmi K70 series, OnePlus 12, RedMagic 9 series, Vivo X100 series, and numerous other upcoming devices.
